1. All RGA's must be authorized by Patriot Parts USA
employees.
2. All RGA's are given an RGA # which must accompany the
goods returned to Patriot Parts USA
3. All products returned via RGA processing must be in new and
uninstalled condition.
4. All freight charges are the responsibility of the Returnee!
5. Patriot will verify original Sale of alternator, and if the RGA is approved only credit the RGA Returnee the original sales price given the original purchaser.
